About Ava

Nice to meet you!

Whether you’re entering a new stage of life or looking for a safe space to land, whatever unique challenges you might be facing, you don’t have to sit with them alone. I welcome any issue and aim to create a trusting relationship where you feel safe and supported as we work together at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

My belief is that we all have an innate wisdom that can guide us through the challenges we face AND sometimes that wisdom feels inaccessible. By choosing counselling, you gain the support of an objective guide to help explore diverse perspectives, co-create meaning, and build up a tolerance of difficult emotions.

I encourage self-reflection and vulnerability in my clients with the goal of empowering them to navigate the unique challenges they’re facing by supporting them in re-establishing self-trust.

At Sunseeker, I understand that cost is a large factor in selecting a therapist. My goal is to make my therapy services as accessible as possible for my clients. As such, I offer a sliding scale program based on accessibility needs. Please feel welcome to get in touch with me to discuss price options.
